Your right to exchange and return

It is legally required that you can return orders from online shops within 14 days. However, we go beyond that: We believe our products are so great that we want to give you the opportunity to calmly check whether you like an item. That's why you have a whole month to return an order or parts of it.

By the way, we process returns just as fast as orders: Once a return has arrived with us, you can expect a response within 2 business days, and if no further questions arise, we will send the replacement goods or initiate the refund.
