Description Remember the Cant
Many people forget that when colonizing space, we have to do without quite a few things that seem so obvious on Earth: gravity, regulated daytimes, and, very importantly, water. It was all the more shocking when, in the series The Expanse, the transport ship Canterbury, along with its vital cargo of water, was attacked and destroyed on its way to the asteroid Ceres.
The first officer and one of the few survivors of the attack, James Holden, whose likeness looks back at us from the "Remember the Cant"-shirt, reminds us: We cannot, no, we must not forget what the inhabitants of Mars have done to us! We should no longer stand idly by as we are pushed piece by piece into the cold nothingness of space! Remember the Cant!
