When are the loot boxes shipped?

The monthly Epic Loot Box and Loot Shirt are shipped in several batches between the 8th and 15th of the month or the next business day (Mon. - Fri.). You should receive your delivery a few days after the 15th at the latest, often even earlier!

For a Legendary Loot Box (with a box with a fixed theme), the shipping date usually depends on when it is sold out. This is generally well before the end of sales, which you can find on the Legendary Loot Box website. The box will be with you no later than 14 days after the box is either sold out or the end of sales is reached.

How do I pay?

You have many different payment options with us. Credit card, Paypal, Google Pay, or shopPay.
We can accept Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay credit cards.

Unfortunately, payment by direct debit is no longer possible for new boxes. We had to discontinue this due to increasing costs, a sharp rise in fraud cases, and major system changes. If you still have a running Lootbox that is paid by direct debit, you can either let it continue or change it. Just contact David at info@getdigital.de.

The first payment will be debited directly when ordering the box. If you have a subscription, future boxes will always be debited on the 28th of each month.

What is the Lootbox Upgrade?

With the monthly Epic Lootbox, you can order 1-3 additional items.

The theme and exact price of these additional items will always be announced in the previous month. The items cost between 9.95 EUR and 14.95 EUR and have a value of at least double that amount.

You can order the upgrade directly with your Lootbox or add or cancel it anytime in your customer account - completely independent of the Lootbox.

How and when can I cancel?

You can cancel any Loot subscription with us at the end of a month: You will not receive a box in the following month. You can easily cancel online in your customer account with a few clicks.
Or you can send a simple email to info@getdigital.de with your name, your Lootbox billing address, and the desired cancellation date.

A written cancellation by mail is possible, but absolutely not necessary and will not speed up or simplify anything.

What is the deal with the Lootshirt?

In (almost) every epic Lootbox, you'll also find the Lootshirt.

However, you can choose to order only the Lootshirt - without all the other cool items in the Lootbox. Then the Lootshirt subscription costs you only 12.95€ including shipping & VAT. Or 17.95€ as a single shirt without a subscription.

And if you want to order an additional shirt for your partner, your partner, or someone else with the Epic Lootbox, you can do that too - as a Shirt Upgrade in your customer account. Then you have two shirts in different sizes in your Lootbox. This also costs you only 12.95€.

The shirt design is the same every month.

What color are the shirts?

The shirts are black in 99% of cases, but in rare exceptions (usually due to the design), there may be a different color.

Can I order a Lootbox from abroad?

The Lootbox is unfortunately currently only available in Germany and Austria.
This is not only because we can currently only ship the Lootboxes within the EU, but also because they often contain German-language items such as games, comics, books, or cards that we cannot translate.

However, we are working on an international version of the epic Lootbox, which we hope to offer soon in the entire EU without restrictions. :)

Can I specify a Packstation as the address?

Unfortunately, this is not possible for new orders at the moment. But we are working on it and hope to offer it very soon.

Since I live near you, I would like to pick up the items.

Please understand that in order to keep the price as low as possible, we must keep the workload to a minimum. For this, we have service providers who partially take over packing or shipping for us. This means that we cannot pick out individual packages from the lot and set them aside for pickup.

Can I have the loot box item shipped with an order in one package?

The packaging and shipping of products from the loot box is independent of our normal shipping process - therefore, it is unfortunately not possible to combine a regular order and a loot box delivery.

What if I move or my size changes?

You can easily adjust the delivery address and shirt size in your customer area on getDigital.de.
Alternatively, we are of course always happy to help you via email at info@getdigital.de.

I can't access my loot box management. What to do?

You probably completed your loot box (long) before July 10, 2024. This means you are still in the "old" loot box system. You can find the login for your loot box management at https://nexus.getdigital.de/account/lootbox.html
You can still manage your subscription, book upgrades, or cancel as usual, and continue to do everything else you could before.

Can I specify which shirts or gadgets I already have?

The particularly low price is also based on everyone getting the same thing - therefore, unfortunately, you cannot specify what you already have from us.
However, we promise you that there will never be an item twice in any of our loot boxes.

Why do I constantly see a unicorn and this kraken monster with you?

The "Kraken Monster" is called Cthulhu and is an ancient god who will one day awaken in his home at the bottom of the sea and plunge the world into madness and chaos! At least that's how the many stories about him go. ;)
He is an invention of the horror author H.P. Lovecraft from 1928. You can think what you want about this gentleman, but his invention has spread strongly throughout the fantasy genre to this day through many other authors, directors, comic artists, and game developers.

For us, Cthulhu and his friend the unicorn are the mascots of the loot box and our entire brand. Whenever you see the two together somewhere, you know getDigital is not far. :)

What else do I need to know?

  1. To speed up the shipping process, we do not include an invoice with the packages - you will receive the invoice by email.
  2. You will also receive a shipping confirmation by email when your monthly loot box is on its way to you.
  3. You can cancel the first loot box of a contract up to 14 days after receipt. However, not further boxes. But you can cancel them monthly as described above.
  4. If there are any problems, for example, a shirt or a gadget has a defect, please submit the case here: https://nexus.getdigital.de/infos/reklamation.html
    You will then receive a replacement immediately!
