As a true geek, you naturally always carry your most valuable gadgets with you and take good care of them. But there are situations in which you have to part with them, for example when swimming. And who doesn't constantly look frantically for the belongings you had to leave behind? This of course ruins any relaxation at the lake, on the beach or in the park. How practical it would be to always have a safe with you or an alarm system for your most valuable items.
This is no longer impossible, because Yelpie is both!
It's a real safe: you can lock it with a motor and secure it with a number combination. As it is made of very sturdy material, nobody can get to your gadgets so quickly.
It is also an alarm system: with the number combination you can also set the Yelpie alarm. If someone then tries to carry the box away, the movement is registered and the Yelpie sounds the alarm after 5 seconds (you have that much time to enter the code if you have accidentally moved the Yelpie). The English word yelp means screech and is to be taken literally here, because the alarm is given at 90dB. This is so deafening that any thief is sure to drop the Yelpie immediately, because only you can turn off the sound with the right combination of numbers.
Of course, the Yelpie is also waterproof. The exact dimensions inside are 25x12x9cm. It therefore offers enough space for cell phones, digital cameras, PDAs, sunglasses, etc. Larger items that do not fit in the box can be secured by attaching them to the Yelpie with the strap supplied. The strap also makes it easy to transport the Yelpie. It is detachable and adjustable between 75 cm and 1.35 m in length.
However, we don't want to hide the fact that notebooks unfortunately don't fit in the box;) You can also expect to hear a metallic noise when you carry the Yelpie, as the motion detector is activated by a small metal ball inside.
But with the Yelpie you no longer need to worry about your valuables on the beach, at LAN, at festivals or when camping. If you can't carry them with you, simply put them in the box, lock the Yelpie and set the alarm with the number combination. As long as you don't hear a loud screech, you can be sure that everything is in order.
